We absolutely LOVED this bbq spot! We drove from California to NC, turned around and drives back to California in 6 days. On our way back we wanted to experience this Texas BBQ that we hear so much about. Dyer’s was incredible!! The brisket (dipped in BBQ sauce ?☺️) and polish sausage were top notch, the coleslaw and salad…..OMG, and we are foodies!! The staff were super sweet!! I wish I could remember the young girls name behind the counter………but she went to get our dinner and had secretly packaged up their top3 desserts for our drive back to California and wrote little messages on the outside of the containers. Absolutely made our night. Texas is seriously winning our hearts!
