Here at Dyer’s, we’ve been serving up delicious food since 1967. We know our patrons and fans are the biggest part of what makes us special. But we also have some other offerings that you might know about!
The merch store
For those who can’t get enough of Dyer’s BBQ, we have a store at the front of our Amarillo restaurant. You can get your favorite sauce as well as merch like shirts, hats, and other products to bring home or share with your friends. And if you’re looking for a last-minute gift idea, don’t forget to grab a Dyer’s gift card for that special barbecue lover in your life.
Our catering services
We love to see our customers enjoying our barbecue at the restaurant, but we also want to bring it to you! Our catering services are perfect for parties, get-togethers, office lunches, or any event where good food is a must. We provide food for parties between 15 and 800 people. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make sure your guests leave satisfied. You can choose something from our menu or talk to us about a custom menu!
Our famous meat-smoking
If you’re looking for some delicious smoked meat for a family gathering, holiday meal, or any other event (or if you simply love the taste and don’t want to cook), we’ve got you covered! We will smoke your briskets, hams, turkeys, prime rib, or tenderloin. Just drop off your meat, and we will have it smoked to perfection, ready for you to pick up. And don’t forget to add our famous BBQ sauce for the ultimate flavor experience.

We can’t talk about what makes us different without talking about our mouthwatering, authentic BBQ! One of our fan favorites is the Dyer’s Special, a giant platter loaded with a combination of ribs, beef brisket, sausage links, turkey, and ham.
For brisket lovers, our Beef Brisket Plate, featuring a hefty portion of our house-smoked beef brisket, is sure to make your taste buds sing. And let’s not forget about our Ribs Plate, a generous serving of juicy, tender ribs that fall right off the bone. Each entree comes with beans, potato salad, cole slaw, onion rings, apricots, and Texas toast, too.
If you’re looking for something lighter, we offer a variety of light plates! These come with homemade potato salad, beans, cole slaw, onion rings, Texas toast, and apricots, as well. Choose from our famous brisket, ribs, pork, sausage, and ham, or get a combination plate if you just can’t pick. We also serve up crisp salads, smoked turkey plates, and chicken dishes!
